Indian Cookies
These cookies are similar to a sugar cookie, in our language it is translated as sweet bread because it has more of a bread texture. These cookies are made with traditional designs that are passed down to each generation. They have a cinnamon sugar mixture on top as well as sprinkles. Each cookie is about 3" to 4" long/wide and are sold by the dozen.

Outdoor Oven Bread
This uniquely delicious bread is prepared the night before, it rises overnight and is then put into pans early in the morning. While the fire burns the bread rises in the pans and is then baked in our outdoor oven for about 30 minutes. It has a very soft bouncy texture to it with a nice crunchy crust. This goes best with our Chokecherry Jelly!

Wild Plum Jam
This jam is created with wild plums that grow around the base of our mountain. These plums grow to about 2 inches and turn red when they are ripe, the seed is taken out and jam is made with its flesh and sweet tangy juices. If you like a tart but deliciously sweet jam then this is perfect for you!
